Today I want to post one of my favourite songs ever. It's Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen. I fell in love with this song since the first time I listened to it, in Shrek, Dreamwoks' animation movie. This version is singed by Rufus Wainwright, and it's still my favourite (and the one in the video below). Yes, because I discovered that this is one of the most covered in history, almost everyone sang it. And I also discovered that is one of the most used in soundtracks during farewell scenes or similar. For example I listened it in OC, in House, M.D. and in Scrubs. But I'm sure it's been used in many more occasions.
Oggi voglio postare una delle mie canzoni preferite in assoluto. Si tratta di Hallelujah di Leonard Cohen. Me ne sono innamorata dalla prima volta che l'ho ascoltata, e cioè in Shrek il film d'animazione della Dreamwoks. Questa versione è cantata da Rufus Wainwright, che rimane tuttora la mia preferita (e quella nel video qui sotto). Sì, perché ho scoperto che questa è una delle canzoni più coverate della storia, l'hanno fatta e rifatta un po' tutti. E ho anche scoperto che è una delle più usate nelle colonne sonore quando ci sono scene di addii o simili. Per esempio l'ho riascoltata in OC, in House e in Scrubs. Ma sono sicura sarà stata in molte altre occasioni.
