The Stars Like Dust [#books #review]

by Isaac Asimov

Galactic Empire
Robots And Empire
The Currents of Space

The bedroom murmured to itself gently. It was almost below the limits of hearing - an irregular little sound, yet quite unmistakable, and quite deadly.
[incipit]

The first time I read this book it was about 25 years ago, and I think I got really excited about it. Now that a read it again as an adult I found a bit more criticism to make, but I can't deny that I think it's a really good novel anyway.
Although I remembered a lot of the plot, it still managed to surprise me a little, I couldn't put it down! The Stars Like Dust is a very compelling and exciting book, the story is pleasant, the characters are interesting, the sci-fi component is very well managed but there are also hints of mystery: in short, this novel has all the characteristics of good fiction!
