The Little Princess [#books #review]

by Frances H. Burnett

I loved this novel.
This type of books always makes the same effect to me. Even if I already know the story, I find them very exciting. Although they aren't perfect in terms of style and sometimes of plot, they are still a very pleasant reading. I realize I can't be able to evaluate them objectively, but I think not to be too biased when I think their greatest merit is that they give like a sensation of relief, a bit of serenity tinged with nostalgia, but palpable, evident. I can't deny that after reading the last few pages, I was very moved!!!
